A range of top quality UK manufactured automatic Electrofusion fittings suitable for Potable Water, Irrigation, Pumped Sewer, Landfill etc. Manufactured under strict quality control and fully approved by WRAS. Nationwide delivery available on these items until 12 noon (call to sales team to confirm order has been placed). We are also able to supply PE pipe in blue & black up to 225mm from stock and up to 315mm to order, we also offer a huge range of valves and ancillary equipment.
Available from 20 - 400mm diameter with good quantities of fittings ready to be dispatched directly to site if required.Pin sizes are Dual @ 4.0 expanding to 4.7
Quality electrofusion fittings - approved for both water and gas, WRAS approved, PN 16 rated, PE 100 material, manufactured in accordance with BS EN 12201 and BS EN 1555.

Each electrofusion PE fitting can be welded by any electrofusion welding machine in two ways:
1. Automatically with barcode reader
2. Manually – entering data from the label
Electrofusion fittings are made of PE100RC. The raw material complies with the requirements of standars: EN1555 and EN12201.
Electrofusion fittings SDR11 can weld pipes SDR11, SDR 17 (>32 mm) PE100, PE100RC and PE80.

FOXIT is suitable for cleaning polyethylene and polypropylene pipe and fittings prior to carrying out an electrofusion or buttfusion weld. However, it must be used in conjunction with low lint/lint-free wipes or tissues so that fibres are not left on the pipes or fittings.
Ensure that the welding area is fully clean and dry before beginning the welding process.
The Turbo pipe scraper from Ritmo is simple and easy to use. Easily slotted into a cordless drill, it allows fast and precise scraping of pipe, effectively removing any oxides which may have built up prior to carrying out the electrofusion process. It's blades also allow the perfect facing-off of pipe ends which have been roughly cut, often due to situations where the use of a pipe cutter is difficult. Substantially reducing working times, especially during repair operations, the Turbo Scraper is available from 20mm - 63mm.
